Thank you, Mike, for this training that reminds us of the strategic importance of social media in any organization. I was thrilled with the workshop, and I’m trying as much as I can to bring this knowledge back to my team so we can work together to think about better ways to communicate with our audiences and update our strategy. One of the best workshops I attended in my career!
