In this session, Mike Kujawski provides a clear, practical look at what generative AI really is, how tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others fit into the landscape, and why they matter now. Participants will explore how generative AI can enhance productivity through drafting, research, creative design, and workflow automation, as well as the rise of AI agents that can execute multi-step tasks with minimal input.
