Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is made at least 30 days prior to the workshop date.
• You have not completed more than 25% of the workshop content.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@cepsm.ca with the following information:

• Your name
• The email address used for the purchase
• The name of the workshop
• The reason for the refund request
• Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

• Workshops purchased as part of a bundle or package.
• Workshops that have been completed more than 25%.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the workshop, please contact us at info@cepsm.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations by CEPSM

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to transfer to another workshop or receive a full refund.
